1. What is a TPU patch, and why this material
TPU is a material that combines flexibility with durability. The surface of the badge is not a flat print, but a 3D embossing that can be felt when touched; it adds depth depending on the light.
Compared to embroidered badges, it has two distinct differences. The first is detail: embroidery cannot carry fine lines, shade transitions, and small text because it works with thread, while these are preserved in TPU printing. The second is durability: TPU does not absorb water, and it maintains its shape and colour in mud and sunlight.
It is also true that embroidery has its own texture and a classic charm. In jobs adhering to the uniform tradition, embroidery is still meaningful. However, if a detailed logo, a design with colour transitions, or a badge intended for outdoor use for years is involved, TPU provides a more faithful and longer-lasting result.

We notify you before placing an order if your design is not suitable for production. The most common issue we encounter is unreadable text when scaled down and lines as thin as hair; both of these get lost in the printing process.
3. What types of designs do we produce
The majority of incoming work focuses on the following areas:

The size is the longest edge of the badge. The cutting follows the outer line of the design; simply specify if you desire a classic shape like round, shield, or hexagonal.
There are two options for the back side. Velcro has the male side of Velcro on the back of the badge; one female strip is sewn onto the clothing, allowing the badge to be attached and detached. Non-Velcro is transfer printed, sewn directly or applied with iron, and the unit cost is significantly lower.
5. How is the price determined
The price depends on three factors: size, back side type, and quantity. As the quantity increases, the unit price decreases progressively and the discount is applied automatically, no bargaining is necessary.
For example, in a 9 cm Velcro badge, the unit price is $6.94 at 10 pieces, {{birim_50}} at 50 pieces, and $3.47 at 100 pieces. If you prefer non-Velcro, it drops to $3.61, {{birim_cirtsiz_50}} and $1.81 at the same quantities respectively. All prices include VAT.
The discount increases up to %65 as the quantity rises. The full table is below:

6. For your design file
- The best is vector file: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF containing vectors.
- If there is no vector, a PNG with at least 1000 pixels wide and a clean background will also work.
- Screenshots and small images downloaded from social media will distort in print.
- If you have your corporate colour code (Pantone or CMYK), please provide it, and we will use the closest match.
If you only have a sketch, send it too; we will let you know what is needed to make it production-ready.
7. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order just one badge?
No, you need a minimum of 10 pieces for production from your own design. Producing below this quantity is not feasible.
Will the badges be damaged in washing?
TPU material is durable to normal machine washing. Avoid high temperatures and bleach, and do not keep it in the dryer for too long.
Will I receive a visual confirmation before production?
Yes. We share the final version of the design with you for approval before moving into production.
Can I place an order with multiple different designs at the same time?
Yes, you can. Each design will have its own line item, and the discount tier will apply according to the quantity of each design.
Can I reorder the same badge later?
Yes, your design is registered. Just mention your order number; there is no need to resend the file.
