2. The unique language of aviation badges
The design tradition in this field is strong and based on specific patterns:

These traditional arrangements often include fine lines, border inscriptions and multi-coloured details. This is where embroidery struggles the most; in UV printing, small texts on the frame and fine wing details appear just as they are.
3. Where it is worn, what size

Because Velcro panels are common on flight suits, most orders come with Velcro; thus, mission and period badges can be changed. In the case of fleet badges that will remain fixed, the non-Velcro option is both flat and noticeably cheaper.
4. Quantity solution for small teams
In aviation, teams are often small. A fleet or maintenance team can be under 10 people, and our minimum order quantity seems to be a barrier at this point.
The practical solution is twofold. First, plan multiple badges per person: separate badges are already used for coveralls, jackets and bags. Secondly, combine different mission and period badges in the same order; each design will have its own entry but comes with single production and shipping time.

6. Frequently Asked Questions
There is very fine border text on our fleet badge, can it be removed?
UV printing carries fine detail, but there is a limit: text that is not legible when reduced cannot be read in production either. We will contact you prior to production if we notice a risky point in your design.
Can we renew period badges every year?
You can renew them. Each year you send a new design; previous designs remain on record and can be reproduced whenever you wish.
Our team is less than 10 people, what should we do?
The most practical way is to plan multiple badges per person or combine different badges in the same order. Write us your situation, and we will look at it together.
What is the delivery time?
Production takes 3 business days after payment confirmation, followed by shipping. Shipping costs $7.78; orders of $80.56 and above ship free.
