2. Why material is important in this field
Health and emergency clothing are washed frequently, get dirty often, and are used in demanding conditions. Embroidered badges absorb dirt and moisture in their texture, becoming dull over time and fraying at the edges. The surface of the TPU badge is closed: it does not absorb liquid, can be wiped with a damp cloth, and will not swell in washing.
The second difference is readability. When the unit name, title, and duty information are written in small font, they become blurry in embroidery; they remain clear in UV printing. This is a decisive advantage for name and title strips.

3. An honest note on visibility
The badges we produce are not reflective. In places where night visibility is a regulatory or safety requirement, the badge does not replace a reflective strip; both should be used together. We recommend placing the badge beside or below the reflective band, instead of on top; otherwise, it reduces the functionality of the band.
For daytime visibility, high contrast is sufficient: light colour on a dark background, or vice versa. If the team name needs to be read from a distance, keep the font bold and minimal.
4. Name, title, and unit badges
Orders in this area generally consist of three parts:

Since the quantity discount processes according to each design's individual quantity, grouping the unit badge, which is the same for everyone, into one order considerably reduces the overall cost.
5. Velcro or non-Velcro

A common solution is to combine the two: the unit badge is sewn on, while the title and name badges are made with Velcro. This way, it is not necessary to change the entire outfit during a duty change.

The following table is for a 9 cm Velcro badge; the prices include VAT and are produced at current rates. As the quantity increases, the discount goes down to %65.

7. Frequently asked questions
Can we place an order without institutional approval?
For orders placed on behalf of teams or units, we confirm that the order is being made on behalf of that unit. We do not produce official institution emblems for personal use.
Do disinfectants and frequent washing damage the badge?
Since the TPU surface is closed, it is resistant to liquids. Avoid bleach and high temperatures, and do not keep it in the dryer for long periods.
Can we order different badges for different titles in the same order?
You can. Each design will count as its own piece; the discount operates according to each design's individual quantity.
Do you also produce for dog vests?
Yes, we produce badges for K9 vests. If you write the panel measurements of the vest, we will determine the appropriate size together.
What is the delivery time?
