Delivery Information

On this page you will find how your order is produced and shipped, how long delivery takes, what shipping costs and how to track your order.

At Unlimited Patch we sell 100% TPU, UV-printed, 3D embossed patches. Patches made from your own artwork are produced specially for your order, so the process works differently from shops that ship ready stock. We recommend reading this page before you complete your order.

Please note: We do not offer motorcycle couriers, same-city express delivery or timed delivery slots. All orders are sent by courier.

2. Your Order Step by Step

Once you place your order, the process runs as follows:

  1. Order received. You confirm your basket and complete your order. Your order number is in the SIP-YYMMDD-XXXX format and appears in your order email.
  2. Payment approval. Card payments are approved instantly. For bank transfer or EFT, your order is confirmed once the amount reaches our account.
  3. Artwork check. If you uploaded your own design, we check your file before production. If we spot anything that could affect the print (low resolution, a cropped edge, fine detail that will not read), we contact you and wait for your approval.
  4. Production. Your patches are produced within 3 working days of payment approval.
  5. Dispatch. Completed orders are handed over to a tracked courier.
  6. Delivery. The courier delivers to the address you gave with your order.

Working days means weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted in the production time.

3. Production Time

Production time starts from the moment your payment is approved, not from the moment you place your order.

  • Card payments are approved instantly, so your order joins the production queue the same day.
  • For bank transfer or EFT, how quickly the amount shows in our account depends on banking hours and your bank. Letting us know once you have paid speeds things up.
  • If your own design needs artwork approval, production time starts from the moment you give that approval.
  • Production time can differ for large corporate orders. In that case we confirm it to you in writing at the quotation stage.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Fee

Shipping costs $7.78; orders of $80.56 and above ship free. The shipping fee appears as a separate line under your order total on the basket and payment pages, so you see the final amount before you pay.

4.2 Delivery Area

We ship by tracked courier to all 81 provinces of Turkey. In areas where the courier has no branch, delivery may be arranged for collection from the nearest branch; the courier will let you know if that applies.

4.3 Shipping Time

Courier delivery time varies with the courier's network and your delivery address. This is outside our control, so we do not promise a specific delivery date. We state the production time clearly above; the total time is production time plus shipping time.

4.4 Tracking Your Parcel

When your parcel leaves us, the courier sends a notification message to the phone number you gave with your order. You can also ask us for your tracking number: email destek@unlimitedpatch.com with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp.

4.5 International Shipping

You can order directly from our site to 95 countries: when you select your country during the payment step, international shipping will be automatically offered. The shipping fee is $16.67; free shipping applies for orders over $166.67. The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 working days after production. Customs duties and import charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. If your country is not listed, please contact us with the country, quantity, and product information; we’ll prepare a special offer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Enter your order number on the Order Tracking page to see its status. The order statuses and what they mean:

Status What it means
Received Your order has reached our system; payment approval is pending or has just come through.
Confirmed Payment is approved and your order has joined the production queue.
In production Your patches are being made.
Production complete Production has finished and your parcel is being packed.
Shipped Your order has been handed over to the courier.
Delivered The courier has delivered your parcel.

6. What to Check on Delivery

  • Check the parcel while the courier is still there.
  • If the parcel is crushed, torn or wet, ask the courier for a damage report before you accept it.
  • Do not accept a parcel that has a damage report, and tell us the same day; we will follow it up.
  • If you notice a problem after opening the parcel, photograph the product before using it and contact us. See our Returns Policy for details.

7. Undelivered Parcels

A parcel may come back to us in these cases:

  • the address is incomplete or incorrect,
  • the phone number you gave cannot be reached,
  • the parcel is not collected within the courier's holding period.

We let you know when a parcel comes back. The product can be sent again, and a shipping fee may be charged for that second dispatch. We recommend checking your address details before you order.
